What is the right age to start with health check-up?

Owing to sedentary lifestyle, long working hours, stress and poor nutrition of today’s busy lives, health issues and problems in the body start as early as when you are in your 20s and 30s. Hence it is important to start getting regular health check-up done when you are in your 20’s. As we start growing older, our body becomes home to numerous diseases, hence we need to be more cautious. Once you step into your 40s, in addition to all the basic tests which are required at the age of 20, more detailed tests should be included in regular health check-up in order to do complete screening (like arthritis, cancer etc). Make sure you get tested at regular intervals, eat healthily, exercise regularly and adhere to basic preventive measures.
